Positive: Good location - close to a bus station (2min.) and city centre (15min.), spacious room and bathroom, wi-fi.
Negative: Broken shower doors, broken fan (it was 36C), holes on duvet cover, SAT TV had only 4 channels.
Positive: This hotel is not expensive and is only 10-15 minutes walk from the old town. One young guy who had shifts on reception was really helpful.
Negative: Noise transfer from other rooms is pretty loud. Bathrooms are badly in need of paint, repairs and general upgrade but they were functional. We were in a large group so had the benefit of the feedback from many people who felt the same way about their rooms. It was definitely a trend.
We chose to eat out for breakfast even though it as included because it really is bottom level basic.
It wasn't clean when we arrived and the cleaners efforts in the bathrooms each day were marginal but we were hardly in the hotel room so it didn't matter too much.
Overall a very average experience but had it been better it may have cost considerably more so you definitely get what you pay for with this one.
Positive: Great location, excellent value for money
Negative: the bathroom needs renovation, there was no fridge in the room

Negative: cleaniness is not very good and breakfast is fair
Negative: While the hotel offers free late check out, we were not able to use it, as we were told that they needed the room that afternoon. We should have been informed of this earlier on.
