Positive: Comfortable beds, friendly, helpful staff when there. It is not staffed around the clock. Breakfast eating area was very nice, food was good.
Negative: We were on the top floor and had to climb 3 flights of stairs which was difficult for anyone who is not physically fit or older in age. The hotel was booked so they could not move us. The toilet seat broke the first night we were there but they relaced it right away the next day. Overall it was satisfactory for me.
Positive: Clean. Helpful staff.
Negative: Sanitary equipment: There was no cold water in the tap. The tap was not fixed to the washbasin. The hot water was too hot, dangerous. The computer with Internet connection was very old, the key board didn't work, there was no Windows operating system.
