From the Airport by public transport: bus n. 119 to Dejvická stop, change for metro A - get off at Malostranská stop, change for tram n. 20, 22, 23 or 12 - get off at Újezd stop.
From the Main Railway Station: take tram n. 9 - get off at Újezd stop, then walk for 3 minutes or call the hotel car to take your luggage.
Due to its excellent location, the hotel can be easily reached by car or public transport. Cultural and tourist points of interest are located very close to the hotel which is very comfortable for our guests - they can choose to walk or use public transport.

Positive: Location is very good and parking is excellent.
Negative: The hotel decor can only be described as extreme kitsch. The "medieval" theme is poorly executed. The beds are as hard as rocks. My room was located on a narrow street and I was unable to keep the window open due to the noise from people coming out of the bar across the way.
Positive: On my last night, they finally moved me to another room and on my last day, staff helped me interpret my airlines' voice message.
Negative: Phone didn't work, no English-language channels, no table in the room, the desk was shoved into a corner, lighting was poor, bed springs stuck my ribs, WIFI was advertised but not available, hot/cold water taps were mislabeled, only make-up pads and shower caps for bathroom amenities, had to make a trip to the desk to get a radio for the room, not even Kleenex (nose paper), needed an extension cord to charge computer battery, no "Ironing machine for pants in 84 rooms" - the hotel has 84 rooms and neither room I was in had an iron. Never did find the taxi stand (.3 miles). I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL; MAYBE NOT EVEN PRAGUE!!!
Positive: Clean comfortable and warm. Good location, Very good breakfast I would use again
Negative: In the general corridor areas czrpets are worn and need replacing. It gives an unfair overall view of the hotel.
