Positive: Staff is very kind and available to help
Negative: wi-fi connection in the room was absent or very bad.
No free table to put a laptop or write anything.
In the bathroom the air aspirator was not working.
Positive: Is very close to public transport links.
Negative: Breakfast was very poor. My bedroom didn't even have a proper curtain! When asked we were informed that check out was at 11.00 and not the stated 12.00.
