Positive: Hotel and restaurant staffs helped us very kindly and warmly.
Negative: I was not sure I can take a bottle of mineral water from the mini-bar as free service for HRS guests, and I felt reluctant of asking about it because .. I was afraid of being regarded as a tiny little man by asking such a small thing, and did not take one. It would have been better if it's clear at a glance.
Positive: Fantastic location and beautiful facilities. Breakfast was down a few flights of stairs in a very cool old cellar-like area. We greatly enjoyed the hotel!
Negative: The restaurant is only ok...I would recommend walking around because there are plenty nearby. Breakfast was not so great...milk was warm and cheese on buffet was mostly melted, but it was VERY hot in Prague while we were there. We got pastries from a nearby bakery to supplement.
