Positive: Good location, quiet, good view from breakfast room, clean.
Negative: Unfriendly, unwelcoming and unhelpful staff, ignored questions. Television with three channels (none in czech!!!), no complimentary watter or coffee in the room, breakfast without fresh fruit - not up to 4* hotel. Pictures not representative of the rooms - got a very ordinary 3* room.
