Directions to hotel
From the airport:
Bus number 100 to the metro station Zlicin. From Zlicin use the direct metro (yellow) line to Palmovka station. From there just 2 bus stops (bus number 109 or 168) to the station Novovysocanska. When getting off the bus, just turn left and you will see our hotel.
Relax Inn is located only 15 to 20 min.by public transportation from the historical center of Prague on Novovysocanska street no.25, near the biggest hockey hall in Europe, O2 Arena.

Positive: Staff was averagely co-operative.
Negative: On check-in we were informed - Credit card machine is not working. We had lot of hassels to get exchange Euro to 15000 krones.
We were given room on the 4th floor, lift worked on our arrival. Rest of the days lift was out of order. We had to carry our baggage down stairs.
Corridors just outside rooms were smoking areas. We passivley smoked hundreds of cigarettes in 3 days.
Wi-Fi did not work in rooms, not on 4th floor. But Wifi had strong signal near the reception area. Which was useless for us.
Positive: newly renovated, nice furniture and overall clean
Negative: no sauna, spa available (said to be under renovation)
Parking is very small and difficult to access. To park in the street does not seem to be quite safe though.
Positive: Very warm, clean and nice hotel
