Positive: Very Central location
Friendly and available staff
Positive: Room was reasonably clean and had good in-room services and common areas were quite good.
Negative: Have stayed in Prague a number of times in other hotels in the square but have never experienced so much noise. Will definitely choose a different hotel for my next trip.
Negative: Upon check out, we were charged 50 koruna for a bottle of water which was noted as free on the reservation and which I confirmed with the front desk before opening. We were charged 100 koruna for 2 additional items that were unspecified. I verbally went over the charges with the staff person and she noted "free water" and didn't mention any extra charges other than the room for 3 days. Unfortunately, I didn't check the receipt, so we were charged for these unspecified items (miscellaneous).
