Positive: An excellent hotel in a great location just a five minute walk from Wenceslas Square. Our third floor room was large, bright and although facing a main road the excellent double glazing reduced the noise level very well. The en suite bathroom was a very good size with under floor heating. Daily servicing was of a very high standard. Breakfast exceeded all our expectations with a vast range of cereals, breads, fruit as well as hot and cold choices. The staff were friendly and happy to answer all our questions. Highly recommended.
Negative: Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been the icing on the cake.
Positive: The hotel was wonderful with the rooms and location being perfect (everything much better than expected). In addition everything was much closer that described (were told the parking was a 15 minute walk from the hotel, but was actually not more than 30metres!!) and the hotel located just at the end of the main shopping street, with only a short walk to the old town (less than 15 minutes walking)
Negative: Nothing negative to report!!
