Negative: If somebody likes the charme of a socialist era block-of-flats like hotel room, desintrested and not friendly staff along with poor mass-breakfast, she may appreciate it. Non-smoker stqndard room was 'equipped' with intensive cigarette smoke during a 3 night stay. Not to mention the beds' quality according with the entire room's condition.
Comparing with same class hotels in the city, this one was definitely not a good deal.
Never ever if conditions won't change.
Negative: We booked for a double room with a large bed due to our 5 years old child. They gave us very unpleasant room with four single beds at a very noisy block due to many many young school youngsters who were playing football at the corridor and knocking doors and then running.. We asked for a change of the room, they said there was no other room avaliable. In half an hour, when we asked for cancellation of our room and our money back they offered us a suite room. Overall, we were very unhappy about what we were through at late night hours.
Positive: hotel spa and atmospehere is very good
Negative: the 3 stars rooms are very poor quality
Negative: The day we arrived we try to use spa and fittnes,but we was supprised ,that is booked?!?
I make my choice because of spa and fittnes and it was closed!!!
