Positive: I had a nicely furnished bathroom.
Negative: My room didn't look as nice as those on the pictures shown here. Rooms to the street are extremely noise, feels like sleeping 20cm next to the tramway, The carpet showed many black spots from cigarettes, and the bedspread could have been cleaner. No cleaning of bathroom during my two days stay.
Positive: It can be visited again next time. Good location and easy tram transportation from and to this hotel.
Negative: The credit card machine did not work when I was checking out and the staff asked me to take the money from ATM first..:-(. They should should be able to handle this problem like use manual machine and not ask the customer going to ATM (In fact, the customer could pay additional charge if they take money from a credit card...:-(((. Anyway, the credit card machine is working after back a few hours later. The point: they have to be able to anticipate problem and not ask the customer !!!
