positiv: Hotel is perfectly located downtown. Internet connection fast and included. Staff extremely helpful and positive. When checking out, they gave me a receipt on small note, I asked if it shouldn't be bigger - answer simple: They are going green and don't want to waste paper. Good guy Firs Hotels, well done.
negativ: They need to refurbish in the next 2-3 years, you can notice things are starting to wear down. But rooms are very clean and well taken care of.
positiv: Without exception the staff were warm, friendly, helpful and welcoming
