positiv: Warm and welcoming hotel in an ideal location. All staff friendly and helpful. Great choice of breakfast food.
negativ: Internet connection in the room requires a cable (supplied by the hotel) and is very slow.

negativ: The maid skipped cleaning our room and the excuse we got for this was not worth a 4 star hotel. he quality of the hotel breakfast varied enormously. Some days it was excellent while other days i was very poor. Although a nice hotel, it has a long way to go before reaching a 4 star standard. I'd start with tossing the beds and getting something comfortable. The high rating on all internet sites is therefore quite a surprise.

negativ: room was small, little bit noisy
positiv: Everyone at the hotel was so nice and helpful. The breakfast room was lovely and the breakfast was outstanding. The location was perfect for exploring old Tallinn.
negativ: The only problem was that the WLAN did not work in the room. We were able to use a cable to connect to the internet.
positiv: The location of the hotel is excellent! The staff is very friendly and everyone speaks English very well. The structure of the hotel is also very beautiful.
negativ: This is not a 5 star hotel. It's a low 4 star hotel. I'm used to staying at the Radisson, and if this is also your basic standard for a 4 star hotel, the Baltic Imperial is definitely not on the same level. The single rooms are very tiny.
