negativ: The bed is TOO SOFT...I am now experiencing a terrible pain in my back...
positiv: Very pleasant, helped to relieve stress involved in business trip. Desk in room well designed and placed for me to do the inevitable necessary work on my laptop without physical strain.
negativ: I would have appreciated coffee/tea-making facilities in the room. That really is the only negative for me.
