Style of hotel and ambience

You will fall under the spell of Gilly Castel, located at the heart of the renowed Burgundy wine-growing aera between Dijon and Beaune, the residence of the Abbots of Citeaux between the 14th and 18th centuries. An ancient wine cellar with ribbed vaults, a vaulted room, wainscoting and painted beams all help create a unique atmosphere that decoration and modern facilities have respected.
