The head barman, is an expert in cocktails. The hotel’s cocktail list is includes the essential past favourites as well as modern home-made recipes that are in tune with the times. The Seeko'o cocktail is one of our new cocktails and is a multi sensory experience... but the head barman's Neapolitan roots also mean that a wide range of Martini-based cocktails are on the menu, a novelty in Bordeaux. The Seeko’o bar also offers a selection of champagne, which is served in an ice bucket to match the bar, and can be enjoyed whilst looking out over the river, dreaming of travel past and future.., Turkish bath and sauna: Are free of charge for all guests and, like bedrooms, offer breathtaking views of the city and its docks.
