positiv: Room and hotel has everything you need! If you want to save money on staying in hotel and at the same time wants all facilities then this is the right hotel. Room has small kitchen with fridge, cutlery, microwave etc, saves lot of money on breakfast and lunches. Grocery shop (Monoprix, Notto, Carrefur are whithin 5 min walk). You can check-out and still use swimming pool on roof if you flight is late in the evening. Has hair dryer and nice surrounding. Tram station (Acropolis) is just bhind the hotel 5 min walk.
I like this hotel very much as pay less and still get clean and nice hotel with all facility.
Spent money on shopping, sight-seeing, wine and dine instead.
negativ: Toilet, Room and double bed was small but not so bad. there was problem with bathroom de-humidifier but was fixed asap.

shower very dirty could do updating
light bulbs in the bathroom didnt work asked to be replaced we were just ignorned
if you wanted anything from reception you were always told to come back at 8pm
no towels provided for swimming pool
you only got 4 hand towls no bath sheets
had to provide our own toilet paper
very noisy
lift always busy
breakfast waitress never there to serve breakfast to busy chatting at reception or cleaning the hotel reception area
also breakfast waitress never washed her hands before man handling all the food
wouldnt stay again
we witnessed the receptionist shout at many customers she didnt cope very well with customers and questions
