Take bus N° 23 (Terminal 1)Get off at 'Joseph Garnier/Liberation' (3rd stop after main train station)walk the street back to the big square 'Place Général de Gaulle'.Take 'Avenue Malausséna' to the left. Turn right into 'Rue Clement Roassal'. After a few meters you can see the hotel on your right in 'Rue de Dijon'!
Take the motorway exit N°54 (Nice Nord) and follow the directions towards the city centre (Boulevard Gorbella, Boulevard A. Raynaud). At the very end of Boulevard A. Raynaud turn left into Boulevard J. Garnier and immediatly right into Rue Alfred Binet. At the 2nd trafic light turn left into Rue Vernier and left again into Rue de Dijon (bikeshop Suzuki). You will see the hotel on the end of the street

Positive: This hotel is very well situated in a generally quiet area and we were warmly welcomed. The room was very clean and the bathroom also and bedding and towels changed reguarly. The breakfast is good value compared to local cafes for the same variety of food. very close to the tram and rail station. I really have no complaints about the hotel and for the rate is good value in Nice and would consider this hotel again.
Negative: It was hot, +33c and the nights also so the fan was a good addition but maybe for a few euro more a room with air con would be my prefered choice,next time. Just be subjective, you can pay over 500 euro a night in some hotels in Nice!!!
Negative: Unmoegliches Untergeschoss-Parking. Ich habe Kratzer an beiden Seiten des Autos bekommen, wegen der viel zu engen und steilen Ein- bzw. Ausfahrt. In der Beschreibung des Hotels bei HRS muss unbedingt vermerkt werden dass nur kleine (schmale) Autos im eigenes Parking aufgenommen werden koennen.
Positive: The staff was fairly kind and pretty, I have a very positive impression. The room was comfortable.
Negative: The shower room is small and hard to use. The Wi-Fi internet connection is enable only around lobby. The breakfast is nice, but a little bit expensive.
