From airport, take bus number 99 or 23 until train station.From train station, our hotel is at 2 minutes walking. When you get off train station, accross road, take the direction on your left. In corner of street, there is a big shop , here turn on your right and our hotel is just in front of you.
A8 motorway towards Nice-Promenade des Anglais (7km) Place Massena, straight on Avenue Jean Medecin (800m), turn on left direction “Gare scnf”, first on left is “rue de Belgique” (200m)

Positive: The hotel is not far away from the station and at a good distance from the town. So it's very convenient. It's well soundproofed and equipped with air-conditioning
Negative: The room lacked decoration : no paintings or illustrations.
Negative: There was a receptionist who was very unfriendly on our first arrival. I left 2 nights earlier from dissatisfaction and they were going to charge me untill I flatly refused!!!!
Positive: Ideal situation yards from Railway Station. Very clean room and friendly, helpful staff. Basic, adequate facility as cheap accommodation to base your visit.
Negative: My room at the rear was quite noisy as alleyway seemed to convey much of the noise from the street. Bed was too hard for my liking so did not get a comfortable night's sleep.
Positive: free WiFi access
Positive: Good location, staff who can speak english and staff were friendly.
Negative: No phone usage in rooms, Bathrooms too small, and Towels had blue stained on it, were not completely white (due to washing with other coloured things rather than only white ones maybe)
