Positive: Receptionist very friendly when slept in and missed breakfast, she arranged coffee and cake!
Negative: The housekeeping room was next to room and there was a large amount of banging and noise from this from early hour interupting ones sleep. Also, although there is parking close at hand in Novotel Hotel, it is incredibly expensive!
