positiv: All hotel staff we encountered were happy, helpful and very friendly. The hotel has a great lobby and other areas to relax and enjoy drinks/food. Decor and atmosphere are very good. Family and wheelchair friendly. The photos on the website don't do this hotel justice. It is situated very well, close to many places you need to see when visiting Paris. If you need to travel further, there's a Metro and RER station outside the door. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.
