negativ: Have visited this hotel many times and they have a recurrent problem with WI-fI which is often on and off and does not reach well to all rooms in the hotel
negativ: Recurrent issue with Internet access . WI-fi is very long to set up and does not always work . I have had this issue several times in this hotel
negativ: Not able to use WIFI at the room - to slow connection
The breakfast - there was missing filling up food/tableware
positiv: Very friendly stuff
negativ: The WIFI wasn't working properly
positiv: as i am going often, it starts feeling like 'home' ...
negativ: it would be good to have an option to watch tv in 'original version' (english for example) or at least to have the option to enable subtitles ...
positiv: as usual, hotel facilities were excellent, the people in the front desk always smiling, specially the person on Wednesday 1st afternoon who was willing to help me even with some spanish-french translations for room service (which was not needed in the end)
negativ: room service a little too expensive
positiv: This is the nicest hotel I've been in Paris. I like the decoration, very nice for Scandinavian taste. Room is not so big but ok. I really liked the hotel and will defenitely stay there again,
negativ: impossible to work from hotel room because of very bad quality of wireless internet connection
positiv: Staff extremley helpful
negativ: WIFI was not fantastic
positiv: Helping nicely by arrangng the doctor and buying the medicines as I was quite sick during my stay.
negativ: No proper restaurant, no tea / coffee in the room
positiv: Great shower.
I don't know what sort of 'prestations gratuites pour les clients HRS' are meant - so I am not sure if I have had any !
negativ: Bar food is limited - at least now there is a hot dish offered which is an improvement.
A means of making a cup of tea in the bedroom would be nice.
negativ: There was no room service menu in my room. I had to ring for information about meals by room service. This should be a standard offering of any hotel. The member of staff who answered the phone had limited english ability and couldn't tell me what was available to eat. I eventually spoke to someone who spoke better english and he gave me a limited choice of salad..... and chocolate fondant. So that's what I ate. Not ideal when you've been working and travelling all day. As a female travelling on my own, I don't want to sit in a restaurant and prefer to eat in my room.
Also, I was not aware that there are HRS free services.
Thanks.
