positiv: 1) Reception was able to relocate me in a quiet room 2) Reception did not invoice phone required to address Internet access issues 3) Breakfast is good
negativ: 1) I had specified for a quiet and elevated room, on the backside in my reservation, and was initially given a room on 1st floor, on the main street! Fortunately this was fixed ultimately. 2) the hotel description was embellishing, compared to the very small room and the lack of phonic insulation.
