positiv: Location is very good indeed, quiet street and close to metro.
negativ: There was huge negative thing called sofa bed. I did not expect to find sofa bed in 4-star rated hotel. On my booking confirmation there was written that STUDIOS are with sofa bed, but I did not book studio. I booked ordinary double room and in 4-star hotel it doe's not go with sofa bed. It was really bad surprise and there was no will from staff to make me feel better. They said that they actually have rooms with normal bed but it costs more. What is the free service you ask above? I had no information about that and nobody offered me anything (except noisy sofa bed:-(
