positiv: Excellant ,as a family of four we found the room very comfortable .

positiv: the room is indeed very big , comfortable and spacious with modern equipment of tv and internet. It has separate wc and bathroom; a practical kitchenette, with extra bed and table. For its price, it is very good deal especially for families. the hotel is located in the suburbs of Paris, end station of the Metro. It is very convenient to go to city.
negativ: Although the hotel is near to the metro, about 5 mins walk. But one need to pass by a car wash, a refuse collection station which is not very nice. It is rather dusty as the area is under the autobahn bridge. Furthermore, the area for breakfast is very small and not catered for a full occupancy of the hotel. It is a total castotrophy in the morning! The management is extremely weak in serving breakfast buffet. The food is often finished and the tables are not cleared in time. So the guests 'panicked' to grab the food once it is served which lead to a lot of waste in some instances. On the other hand, the food available is very good in quality. It is only bad organisation from the management side. The staff, although very helful and nice, are incapable of running the breakfast buffet.

negativ: the area the hotel is located was not the best one. Our family felt , fear during the evenings at dark time coming back from city whole time expecting, is now somebody attacking on us, eg. making a robbery or similar. Otherwise a good hotel, but the area, these 300 metars from metro to the hotel was unpleasand.
positiv: Fantastic room and very helpful staff
negativ: Location is poor and walking outside feels unsafe
negativ: partly no way for pedestrians from the nearest metro
positiv: The suite hotel concept is good , the rooms are acceptable
negativ: The hotel is located in a run down area of Paris , the main entrance is always locked and must be opened by front desk staff who are never in a hurry to press the open knob. Internet although free is very very slow.
