positiv: Excellent central location, parking, you feel you are in Bavaria
negativ: Management has no idea how to treat guests so that they will return. While washing teeth, the hairdryer stored on a narrow shelf above the toilet fell in due to vibrations from the blower. I fished it out and told the maid about it the next morning. Imagine my surprise when I found a 20.90 Euro item on my bill to pay for the dryer, Despite my explanation that it was an acident not my fault the item remained on my bill. I asked to see the hairdyer and when I plugged it in it worfked perfecctly. I deducted the Eu 20.00 from the bill, paid cash and left. Hopefully they will not put it on my credit card that I left for security. If they do - there will be much trouble.,
