Positive: Breakfast quality, Silence, Beautiful small articles and plant decorations
Negative: As we booked September stays very early in March, we tryed to reconfirm the hotel our reservation directly. But, we could't receive anry response against our three e-mails and two facsimils, and finally had to phone the hotel to reconfirm. This is quite different from last year, while we could reconfirm the hotel by just one e-mail.
Positive: very good breakfast; excellent location; quiet; clean.
Negative: Double room was somewhat small; not all staff at reception courteous/helpful; awfully slow elevator.
