positiv: confortable bed and room for value money
negativ: reception timing..
positiv: The last hotel not fully booked during Fashion week.
negativ: The hotel has a U-shape oriented at the South. The sun shined all day long and temperature was around 35°C in the room. A perfect solar oven.
There is no secure way to give back the keys before 8 AM. So if you have an early flight, ...
On the 4th floor, the WIFI signal is so weak that I could not connect.
The window of the room (that had a view on the street) was not closing correctly and Wedding is noisy area, I barely closed an eye.
positiv: The lady at the hotel was perfectly nice in the morning and the room itself perfectly adeqaute and spacious. the small courtyard at the back is nice and the rooms and corridors looked far more pleasant in that area than the front part of the hotel.
negativ: The system of guests arriving after 5pm and collecting their keys from the bar/bistro at the front is terrible. The man there could not be more rude or unwelcoming. His attitude was disgraceful and 4 other people on my business trip had the same unpleasant experience. If he is being paid to dispense keys' after hours' the hotel needs to urgently reconsider this arrangement because his attitude alone ensures I shall not use the hotel again. He will deter guests by completely putting you off at the beginning of your visit. The big rusty iron gates closed at the front of the hotel looks very unwelcoming and the corridors inside the front building look very bleak. it is also 'ambitious' to place the hotel in the 'mitte' of Berlin. it is quite north and definitely Wedding.
positiv: the room was good enough , the hotel was silent enough , the berakfast was good , the price was good .
negativ: when i arrived there was not any person to give me the keys , and i asked one of customers how to do that. the didnt have soap and some thing like that.
positiv: Breakfast was good.
negativ: Instead of getting a double bed we got two beds shoved together. The shower didn't work properly you kept having to move the shower head about. It is fine for an overnight stay but not as a base for a weeks holiday. The location is not in a great part of the city and I didn't feel safe going back there at night. We moved out of there as soon as we could.
