positiv: The lady running the place is really helpful, she speaks very good English. It is of course very simple (1* only) but very clean.
The location is very convenient walking distance to a big pedestrian shopping area, many restaurants around (good quality or cheap), train and bus stop are really near.
negativ: the only point to know is that there is no elevator, stairs are really tough, with big suitcase it becomes a real issue if you can carry it by yourself.
