Positive: fantastic balcony (though loud when bars let out), nice stereo system, seamlessly fulfilled requests for baby accomodations.
Cheerfully loaned out umbrellas, saving me $15.
Negative: None significant. Wireless should be included. Attached Italian restaurant (affiliated or not), is more of a wine bar. Does not take credit cards, which we didn't appreciate. Hours are limited, too. But the wines are excellent.
Positive: Apartment is wondeful. We will tray to stay there next time again when we will go to Berlin!
Negative: Nooo!
Positive: Very Friendly! Clean! Good location!
Negative: Elevator, door lock and other electronic systems remain a problem for those who are not in their younger years or have not had experience in this type of accomodation before. No portarage service for baggage!
