positiv: The hotel was in a convenient area and it was amazingly quiet at night. The rooms were bright and pleasant with some interesting art work and the staff always charming and helpful. When my wife enquired about a softer pillow, it was brought immediately. When I asked about a restaurant we were directed to one nearby, which we liked very much. The breakfast was generous and had plenty of healthy options. If we return to Berlin we should certainly consider staying in the hotel again and we would recommend it to friends.
negativ: The area under the bed needed better cleaning. It was dusty and, when checking the room before leaving, we saw a bottle, which had been left by a previous occupant. I mentioned it at reception and they took the matter very seriously.
