Positive: Free, but very slow internet in the lobby.
Negative: Internet is not included in price. It is not possible to purchase internet connection for the whole stay. The longest is 24 hour at a time.
Positive: ピアノの生演奏をしており上品だった。
Negative: 駐車場の入り口が分かりづらい。
Positive: Fantastic music during breakfast and very pleasant service. Very good air conditioning in the room.
Negative: There were no teapot in the room and no possibiliti to make my own hot drink ( coffe, tea). There were no internet or eterhnet in the room ( only for very high fee).
Positive: Excellent help to locate and mail my lost mobile charger - superb and unusyually helpful service.
Positive: Location is very good and proximity to metro and bahnhof excellent. I will recommend hotel to others
Negative: Entrance from Friedrichstrasse very confined and unimpressive.
