Positive: all services associated with reception, rooms was excellent lobby area at back more agreeable than I thought at first sight, but too cramped with furniture
Negative: breakfast was inadequate for 5*: buffet, cheese slices, unseasonal fruit corridor lighting extremely unwelcoming restaurant decor is unwelcoming, bland bar area lighting is disabreable for guests once they sit down
