positiv: This hotel is really good located and very near to shopping area, u-bahn station and direct bus X9 from Tegel airport in 15 minutes. The staff are very kind and willing to support and help. The thing makes me most happy is the spa. The massage was really good and people there are extremely kind. I feel very well in this hotel, good location, good people, good food, good service, comfortable and convinient. I will come again.
negativ: It would be good to have a travel information shelf displaying some tour information in the reception hall.
