DJH Youth Hostels and Youth Guest Houses (hereinafter also referred to as "YH") are premises owned or run by the regional associations of the Deutsches Jugendherbergswerk ["German Youth Hostel Federation - abbreviated DJH] or other organizations affiliated to the DJH. The precondition for admission to stay at a YH is membership of the DJH or another member association of the International Youth Hostel Federation (IYHF). Membership by way of trial can also be acquired for free on site in the youth hostels. The DJH guest house is centrally located in the centre of Bochum, in a quiet side street near the Bermuda3Eck. In the Bermuda3Eck you will find a huge selection of cafes, restaurants, cinemas and bars. The DJH guest house is situated only 700 meters from the Central Station. The musical Starlight Express is reachable by tram in just 6 minutes.
