positiv: Very friendly staff. Although the two nights that I stayed the lift was out of order, the staff were happy to help me with my luggage. Staff also recommended a good Italian place for dinner. Staff speak excellent English. The hotel is across from the main train station in Bochum, allowing easy access to Dusseldorf. The hotel provides free internet access and free bottle of mineral water for HRS customers. As a three start rated hotel, surprisingly the hotel provides free shower gel and shampoo. For the friendly service and facilities, I would rate this a 4 star hotel. I would have no hesitation in staying at this hotel again.
