Hotel's comments: Thank you very much for your feedback. We definitely have to apologize for the inconveniences caused by the problem with the hot water. Obviously there was a damage in the water supply, which could not be fixed promptly. Now everything works fine again and we will be very happy, if you would give us a second chance to convince you of our service.
