positiv: Very kind staff. Flexible. They like children and their guests in general.
negativ: Parking is a problem. There is a paying car park near the hotel, but not many free places plus you have to pay for it. (It's not expensive but it's not possible to pay for a whole day in advance. You have to go down and pay several times. Plus: could the hotel not pay for our parking or help to arrange it?)
