positiv: Insgesamt schönes Hotel
negativ: kein Warmwasser, keine Taxis vor der Tür, Essensreste nach Room-Service nicht abgeholt. Schade.
Hotel's comments: Vielen Dank für Ihren Hinweis. Die Technik hatte uns an diesem Tag ausgerechnet morgens im Stich gelassen, dies wurde nach kurzer Zeit behoben.
