negativ: The food available on the room service change to be worst. And lot's of options removed.
positiv: Great ambiance
negativ: Missing portuguese or spain tv channels. If you dont know german language, the tv its almost useless.
positiv: Excelent bathroom, bed and hotel conditions. Did try the fitness but i know the quality of Holmes Place that is excelent.
negativ: Missing Bath products whe i arrived, tea and cofee were not added every day to my room. English Channel didn't work every time what is a problem when german is not your language. Every time is activated the internet without cable connection been used.
