Positive: breakfast was really nice - loads of choice
Negative: the main 'reception' area was on 2nd floor outside of room 205 which was our room and as soon as staff came on at 7am they congragated outside to chat. Very noisy
Positive: The hotel is quite, great location in center of the city, staff were good to communicate (bilingual).Bathroom was new and very clean with good facility.Heating system was also great.
Negative: For the 4 days 3 nights I stayed; the linen had not been changed, nor the floor had not been vacuumed. TV hasn't got satellite,it has only 12 local channels e.i. German language, and the only foreign channel was CNN-news.There was no lobby nor any chairs to be set in the whole corridors. My bill which I dealt with HRS was Euro 204.00 but they billed me with Euro 208.50 ,since confirmed didn't consume any thing from the room bar.
Positive: Room is nice and big. Staff were friendly, though only average in professionalism.
Negative: The Hotel was being refurbished and renovated, hence the lobby and breakfast were held in a temporary location.
