Positive: Central location: directly across the street from the train station and bus stops, close to the lake.
Negative: Has a bit the feel of a youth hostel, mainly due to the color and make of the room doors. (The rest of the room, like furniture, carpet etc. was ok, though.) No telephone in room (never imagined this could be possible in a 3-star hotel). Free Wifi internet was so slow that it was basically unusuable (even took several minutes to get a connection and then it would transfer a package only every couple of seconds - I guess there is only one standard DSL connection for the whole hotel). Hotel asked for payment directly at check-in; did not accept any credit cards. Arrival after 10pm is impossible, because the reception gets closed at 10pm.
