Negative: No tea or coffee facilities in rooms
Rooms only got cleaned mid afternoon
Negative: I don't think it's worth to spend so much money to stay one night (124 EUR). They asked my credit card number before I came in, and wished us to came at 2 hours later.Except the location being in front of bhanhof other things are average. I don't like this hotel and I really regreted staying there.
Negative: Wasn't sure how to get into the mini bar!
Negative: Breakfast service was poor due to understaffing. I saw a waitress pick up a fork from the floor and then put it back on a table as if it were clean.
Positive: If there is wireless sever on fifth floor I would be very happy.
Negative: I ordered the seperated beds but actually it is not.
