The hotel is centrally yet quietly located in Cuxhaven, directly next to Grimmershörner beach. Shopping facilities can be found in the Lotsenviertel, which is 5 minutes away. The railway station and the city centre can be reached within 15 minutes, the Helgolandkaje within 2 minutes. In the event of low water, the mudflats can be reached within 10 minutes.
