positiv: Excellent location, opposite the Frauenkirche. Brand new appartments equipped with everything, you can think of and more. Two plasmas, free wireless internet, washing machine, and even salt and pepper in the kitchen.
negativ: No provision for rubbish collection. Appartment is cleaned every 4 days.
