From main station Subway U4 towards Bockenheimer Warte/Fairground. At Bockenheimer Warte (last exit) leave the train towards Westbahnhof. Turn right into Gräfstrasse proceed until you reach Sophienstrasse. Turn left into Sophienstrasse. After approx. 100 m the Hotel will be on the right.
From North/westintersection Frankfurt (motorways A5/A66): take A66 towards Frankfurt to exit Miquellallee -> drive towards Palmengarten and Messe -> after the 2nd traffic lights turn into Ludolfusstrasse (fork right) -> turn right at 1st traffic lights into Sophienstrasse, hotel is on the right, 100m further.
