positiv: Very friendly desk help, two young women. They were knowledgeable and very helpful about the area, transportation, etc. Room was very clean and adequate for my needs. Would certainly stay there again.
negativ: I did not like being "pressured" to pay my bill immediately because they "had had problems with other guests and the boss...etc." Very UNGerman. Breakfast was extra and there were a few things missing; cold eggs and no warm ones coming, no broetchen (small thing, but still).... Rooms on the front are quite noisy. Ask for a room facing the back of the hotel.

Bathroom too small - toilet right next to shower door, could not properly stand in front of toilet to use it and could not easily exit from shower.
Water slowly trickled from shower. No pressure.
Shaving light did not work.
No bedside light at all.
The lampshade of the light I did have broke.
The quality of the desk provided was poor.
No bible.
TV remote control did not work.
No pay TV.
Staff more interested in chatting among themselves.
Building work ongoing at front of hotel - noisy.
I had to pay before I had even seen the room and then wait all week before I could have my receipt.
