positiv: Good location, excellent staff. Lack of washbashin plug (standard throughout the hotel) a bit strange.

positiv: I enjoyed my stay in the townhouse, staff is very friendly, kind and hospitable. The service, facilities and design is absolutely great. Location is good, very central and the neighbourhood is not great but not that bad. I thought it be noisier, but no disturbance at all. Rooms are small but very clever designed and decorated. Breakfast is served in a nice clean lovely designed room. Food is excellent, fresh and lots of choice, service is fine. Reception staff is also very helpful, kind and hospitable.
negativ: Rooms are rather small, although cleverly designed, every space is used in a very efficient way. I would not recommend to stay there if you stay with more then 2 people in a room for more then 2 nights
positiv: Staff happy to engage in conversation without overdoing the friendliness and to share a joke.
positiv: Easy to find. The room was clearly above average. Breakfast relaxed. Overall a comfortable stay.
negativ: Trams may is a slight disturbance as they accelerate just outside rooms facing the street.
