positiv: very friendly and helpful staff at the reception
negativ: no air condition or other way to cool down the room (i.e., more windows to crack open, because I did not want to leave the door to the balcony open over night). a small bottle of conditioner in the bathroom would be nice. free wireless internet access would be good, since this is an important feature business travellers look for, and that should be provided in a hotel in that category.
