Please follow the signs in the station - they will direct you to the suitable Underground with U2 to 'Gänsemarkt' - with U1 to 'Jungfernstieg' - S1 and S3 to 'Jungfernstieg'.
Motorways A7 / A1 to Maschener Kreuz -> straight ahead on motorway A1 towards city centre to Kreuz Hamburg-Süd -> onto motorway A 255 and cross the Elbe bridges -> fork left into Amsinckstrasse and follow main road B4 -> through Deichtortunnel to Rödingsmarkt -> turn right at the Hochbahnbrücke -> after 100m turn left into Stadthausbrücke -> take second turning on the right to get to the hotel.

Positive: great location. excellent friendly staff. good bed.
Negative: are you still living in the 70's, please change your TV to flat screen it is embarassing to see these TV still exist in a five star hotel. To even pay 1 euro to watch a movie on those boxes is unacceptable. As for slippers are you the only hotel in the world that does not offer them? Your bathrooms are also outdated...i would love to stay there if these things are corrected.. Choice of TV channels are very poor as well. i would recommend to friends but would warn them of the negative points first!
Negative: continental breakfast is overpriced for what is offered.
Positive: Attentive staff, quick in respond to solve problems
Negative: Late in cleaning rooms, no free water upon arrival

Positive: Nice hotel and the staff were nice,
Negative: We ordered two separate beds for two nights, but were provided with one bed on the first night so were forced to share a bed, and had to move on the second night to a different room, this was very incovenent.
Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Negative: No safe in bedroom.
